Jerry Bridges

Author, Lecturer, and Advisor to The Navigators

Jerry Bridges is an Alliance Council member and a staff member of The Navigators Collegiate Ministry where he is involved in staff development and also as a speaker at various student events.

Jerry is an impactful writer, who has authored such books as The Pursuit of Holiness, The Practice of Godliness, The Joy of Fearing God, and many others.

He has been on the staff with The Navigators since 1955 and from 1979 to 1994, he served as Vice President for Corporate Affairs. He currently serves as a resource person to the Navigators University Students Ministry in the United States.

He also serves from time to time as a guest lecturer at several seminaries and speaks at numerous conferences and retreats both in the U.S. and overseas.

Jerry and his wife Jane live in Colorado Springs, Colorado. They have two married children and six grandchildren.
